Welcome to LEET, the hacker/programmer/techie ezine...
</crap>

... I think it's best if I cut to the point. My name is David,
but some of you may better know me as Code_Dark or Vexyn,
my primary handles. I hang around in #2600 and #trinity
among others, but if you dont know the IRC servers you'll
have to learn them for yourself. Truth be told, I was very
influenced by Screamer Chaotix and Hackermind. I wanted to
do the same thing, except modern, and "hip". Okay, so no
geek can, by definition be "hip", but whatever. Phrack and
Hackermind got to me, so kudos to you guys. This isnt
supposed to be competition, but rather to work in unison
with these publications.

The format will basically be the same: throughout the month,
hackers, programmers, techies, etc send in articles, tutorials
and questions, and I will compile them together (and answer
the questions) until the last Friday of the month (one week
before the monthly 2600 meeting), when I will publish it. It
will be a .ZIP file very similar to Hackermind, but most
likely also viewable on the web.

"So aside from reading this great eZine, where do I come in?",
you ask? Well, I need writers. If you have a journalistic pen,
or just like ranting about everything, please email me at:

... and you can become part of LEET! We want your support, and
need your words. So, if you're tech savvy, send in an article
or two. And if you're not, let us help you become a computer
whiz; send in a question or two. Anyway, thanks for taking the
time to read this, and see you soon!
